STALLS: Stalls are mandatory, there is no tying to the trailer overnight and there is absolutely no horses allowed

in the RV parking area at the North end of the arena or on the pavement on the North side of the stall area. Fines

will be imposed for failure to comply with these rules as the Lynden Jr Rodeo will be charged by the Fairgrounds

for non-compliance.

Stalls will be assigned, please identify how many stalls you will need. All stalls are 10'x10' and are not matted, you

may bring mats if you wish. One bale of shavings will be supplied with each stall (Tractor Supply is located within 3

minutes of the grounds) or you can purchase additional bales from the fairgrounds for $10 each. Once you have

opened your stalls they are yours for the weekend, we will be charged for them if your horse is in them or not. The

stalls are $18 per night.

All stalls have to be stripped at the end of the weekend. Please bring what you will need to take care of this as the

grounds does not supply forks or wheelbarrows. I am sure there will be a group that would be willing to strip your

stall for you for a fee. If you do not clean out your stalls when you are done for the weekend you will be charged

an additional $10 per stall that will be due at the next rodeo. Please be kind and clean up after yourself, we are

guests and we may want to return next year.

CAMPING: All campers will be required to pay $20 per night to stay on the grounds wether you are hooked up or dry camping, this is a fairgrounds and they charge for all campers.

Please read the following carefully before signing: We, the parents and /or guardians, accept the official NJRA Rules as adopted by the Lynden Jr Rodeo and having completed the entry, herwith give consent for participation of the contestant whos name appears on this form, in the approved Lynden Jr Rodeo at the location and on those dates noted on this form. We hereby release the Lynden Jr Rodeo and or its agents from any and all liability for damages whatsoever that may occur to the contestant, contestants mount or any other willing participants engaging in the activities outlined in the rodeo in and outside of the rodeo arena and while competing in said rodeo. In case of any injury we also release the Ambulance Service, local hospital, and physician on tne medical staff from all liability. If a medical emergency occurs and we, the partents/guardians of said contestant named cannont be found or are unavailable, we give the Ambulance Service, local hospital and the physicians on the medical staff of the hospital permission to administer necessary emergency treatment for injuries contestants may incur while participating in the Lynden Jr Rodeo.
