For All CLASSIFIED Active, Early Retiree & COBRA PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY FOR INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR

ANNUAL BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR PLAN YEAR 2020

*** There are changes to our rates and/or plan benefits for the 2020 plan year. ***

You do not need to do anything if you are not adding coverage or making any changes!

Open Enrollment Dates: November 4 - 15, 2019 Open Enrollment has arrived. This is your annual opportunity to review your current health care coverage elections and make changes for the upcoming plan year. The District's Open Enrollment session will begin Monday, November 4th and end on Friday, November 15th.

Open Enrollment will be held online through our web-based benefits administration system, BenefitBridge. Employees can make benefit selections for the 2020 plan year from home! It's fast and easy! See the enclosed flier on how to sign up! Once you login, you will be able to view and compare plans, enter new enrollments, change current enrollments, download documents and forms, and utilize a variety of health and wellness resources. Online enrollment is voluntary. Should you wish to complete a paper enrollment form, the forms are available on our website at , or at the district office.

All changes must be completed through BenefitBridge or on paper by Friday, November 15th, 2019. If you would like a paper enrollment package, a change form, or need help completing a new enrollment form, please contact Danny Carbajal in the payroll/benefits department:

Medical Plan Information You have 3 WHA HMO Plans, 3 Kaiser HMO Plans, and 1 Sutter Health Plus HMO Plan from which to choose. You will be able to compare the different plans when you login to the BenefitBridge website. You may add coverage, add or remove dependents or change plans during this time.

Dental Plan This is NOT an Open Enrollment year for Delta Dental. The next opportunity to add or make changes to your dental coverage will be in 2020.

Vision Plan This is also the Open Enrollment period for your Medical Eye Services coverage. You may add coverage, add or remove dependents or change plans during this time.
