WHAT IS NOT COVERED

DAMAGE OR FAILURES DUE TO ACCIDENTS, MISUSE, OR ALTERATIONS Damage, malfunctions or failures resulting from accidents, collisions, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, explosions or objects striking the vehicle; misuse of the vehicle such as driving over curbs, overloading, or racing; components not supplied or approved by ICTA; or alterations to the vehicle. In addition, coverage is void if the odometer has stopped or been altered. Proper vehicle use is described in the Owner's Manual.

DAMAGE OR FAILURE DUE TO LACK OF PROPER MAINTENANCE OR IMPROPER FUEL, OIL OR LUBES Lack of proper maintenance as described in the Owner's Manual; improper adjustments or repairs; failure to use fuel, oil and lubricants recommended in the Owner's Manual. Owner is responsible for keeping, and providing upon request, receipts showing that all proper maintenance has been performed.

NORMAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE IS NOT COVERED Service such as oil, filters, lubrication, gaskets, brakes, clutch linings and adjustment of clutch and brakes are some of the normal maintenance services all vehicles require. See the maintenance section of the Owner's Manual for additional normal maintenance items.

DAMAGES AND ECONOMIC LOSSES This limited warranty does not cover any economic loss, including (without limitation) payment for the loss of time or pay, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, vehicle rental expense, lodging bills, food, other travel costs, storage charges, loss of profits, or any incidental or consequential damage.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

For extra peace of mind, you'll be glad to know that Isuzu Gold Star Services include the same around-the-clock roadside assistance program as our new trucks. If your Isuzu Gold Star Certified Pre-Owned Truck experiences a covered breakdown, we will dispatch a service vehicle to provide roadside repairs or tow your truck to the nearest authorized Isuzu dealer for service. So if you are looking for the best solution to your business transportation needs, just look for the Isuzu Gold Star emblem.

Additional Limited Warranty Terms: Other warranties (e.g., emission, perforation from corrosion) which are transferable from the new vehicle warranty may be in effect. Please refer to the new vehicle warranty information booklet. Except for such transferable warranties, this limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The terms of this limited warranty set forth ICTA's only obligations and owner's exclusive remedy for breach of warranty. No other person or entity, including any dealer, is authorized to make any other warranty or assume any other liability for or on behalf of ICTA. Some states do not allow limitations on warranties, or on remedies for breach of warranties in some transactions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Qualifying Vehicles

All Isuzu Gold Star Certified Pre-Owned Trucks are seven years old or less from the current model year and have a starting odometer reading of 125,000 miles or less for gas vehicles and 200,000 miles or less for diesel vehicles.

Isuzu Gold Star Plus

In addition to the basic Isuzu Gold Star warranty, the Plus Program covers: fuel injectors, turbo charger, alternator, starter and water pump for up to 24 months/60,000 miles.
