ABOUT KNOT & BOW

Knot & Bow is a carefully curated collection of modern, nostalgic stationery goods including gift wrap and packaging, craft, office, and party supplies. Our items are the perfect accompaniment to stationery and gift items, and our line includes a number of items that serve as ideal impulse buys.

Our inspiration comes from uncomplicated, old school applications -- twine-wrapped packages from the bakery or under the family Christmas tree -- accompanied by bright bursts of color in the form of cheerful parcel tags or falling confetti. Products are designed in house or procured with a discerning eye from time-honored American industrial suppliers.

Knot & Bow was launched in July 2010, and what began as a part-time venture has evolved into a full-time business with products being sold in retail shops around the globe. Knot & Bow has been featured in Martha Stewart Living, Marie Claire, Better Homes & Gardens, UK Vogue, , HGTV, Design*Sponge, and , among others.

THE KNOT & BOW STORY

2013 is an exciting year for Knot & Bow! We've moved into a new studio space in Brooklyn, where we are excited about having more room to create new products and work more efficiently.

As we get settled in our new space, we are making big plans for the future and are excited to have you with us!

It's been nearly three years since I dreamed up this company while on maternity leave with my newborn son. Well, Knot & Bow has turned out to be the best job ever.

Now that we've found our stride, we're excited to be making Knot & Bow even better, and we are working on that every day.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All wholesalers must be willing to comply with all terms and conditions listed below. Knot & Bow reserves the right to discontinue sales to any wholesaler that does not comply.

ORDER MINIMUMS

$150 minimum for opening orders $100 minimum for reorders

There is a per-item minimum of 6 for all Knot & Bow products. Orders should be emailed to wholesale@. We ask that once an order is placed, any changes be made within 24 hours of submitting the order.

PAYMENT

Orders are payable by check, card, or through PayPal. An invoice will be issued upon or prior to shipment of the order, and should be paid immediately unless a request for net 30 terms has been made (existing customers only).

TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the size of the order. All direct shipping costs are charged to the buyer + $5 packaging and will be included on the final invoice. Shipping using wholesalers' UPS and FedEx accounts may be made upon request.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Knot & Bow cannot be held responsible for items once they have been shipped. Please send any queries in regards to time-sensitive orders to wholesale@. Please note that during extraordinarily busy times, orders may require additional time, in which case the wholesaler will be contacted.

BACKORDERS & EXCHANGES

In the case of an item being backordered, you will be contacted about the item out of stock and given a new shipping timeline for that item.

Returns of wholesale orders are not accepted. Current stock items may be exchanged (unopened, unharmed, in the original packaging) for different merchandise, with all exchange shipping to be paid by the buyer.
